Yesterday June 15, 2017, Attorney Bernard, Attorney Ed Ryan, and Attorney Louis Aloise presented at a seminar for the Worcester County Bar Association on all aspects of operating under the influence cases. A wide variety of topics was discussed, from the intake all the way through the end of a trial and possible appeals. Attorney's Bernard, Ryan, and Aloise went into great detail and discussed the implications of the Commonwealth v. Ananias decision. How you can utilize the decision and analyze the annual certification from the Office of Alcohol Testing (OAT) and how to challenge blood draw evidence was also a topic that was addressed.
