Westfield District Court's presiding First Justice is the Honorable Philip A. Contant.
Arraignments, pretrial conferences, motion hearings, and violation of probation hearings are heard throughout the week. Each month the court designates a week to hear jury trials. During that week, the court usually has a second judge to hear the jury trials.
Hours for this court are 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday.
