Orange District Court's presiding First Justice is the Honorable David S. Ross.
Arraignments, pretrial conferences, motion hearings, and violation of probation hearings are heard throughout the week. Each month the court designates a week to hear jury trials. During that week the court usually has a second judge to hear the jury trials.
Hours for this court are 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday.
The Orange District Court is accessible through Route 32 of the Franklin Regional Transit Authority. The closest stop to the courthouse is the Orange Center stop. The courthouse is also accessible through the Glink Gardner to Orange line. The closest stop to the courthouse is the Orange Center/Memorial Park stop.
There is free parking located at the courthouse.
